I wound up just ordering my glasses online due to the poor in-store experience. But I appreciate the prompt help and outreach from him and Lenscrafters. He said he would talk to the staff about greeting customers so that was appreciated. Walked in to check out some Oakley glasses and no one greeted or said anything to us. Another party walked in after us and were greeted and assisted right away. So we left and will just order online. Disappointing experience for our first time trying to shop with LensCrafters.
