Being an optician this a skill you should have before completing training. He was also rude and very dismissive. You shouldn’t have an entitled attitude when working with customers and patients.

When I got there, I was told there was a mandatory $39 fee for a retinal exam (in addition to my insurance copay) b/c they don't use dilation like every other eye doctor & that this wasn't optional. The entire reason I have insurance is so I don't have to pay stupid fees like this every exam. When I said I wasn't willing to do that, they said they will be charging me $45 for cancelling my appt. even though there website says you can do a one time cancellation as a courtesy. This place is straight up greedy. All they care about is your money. What a ripoff. Will never be coming here again. The glasses are all overpriced too. Very disappointing. Don't go here ever.
