Casey was absolutely amazing! I happened to walk into the store while walking around the mall because my glasses were sitting very unevenly on my face. Casey immediately took the time to help me and carefully adjusted them using the proper tools to make sure they fit correctly. They didn’t rush the process and made sure everything felt comfortable and aligned perfectly. I really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. Such great customer service! Thank you again, Casey!

Although I have never personally visited this LensCrafters location, I had an unfortunate interaction with one of their employees, Daunte, at the Panda Express in the mall this past Sunday. While waiting near the mobile order pickup area, I watched Daunte become increasingly impatient and entitled toward the two employees who were clearly working hard to manage a large rush of mobile orders along with a line of more than 20 customers that stretched out the door. Instead of showing any understanding for the situation, he spoke to them in a very rude and dismissive manner. When his order wasn’t ready as quickly as he expected, he loudly said, “Well now I need a refund because I have much more important places to be.” After standing extremely close to the counter for several minutes, he stormed out and aggressively snapped his phone shut. Retail and food service employees deal with enough pressure as it is, and moments like this make their jobs even harder. I hope this feedback reaches LensCrafters so they can address how their staff represent themselves in public.

Very helpful staff, lots of great frames and a clearly articulated process for getting new glasses. What else can you ask for?

Nova was wonderful. Very efficient and nice to deal with. I thought I was just coming to look at replacement glasses, but she helped me order and be fitted in a short amount of time without me feeling rushed. Overall a great experience!

I ordered a pair of glasses through this store and was told they would be shipped to my house. This store has lack of communication and never notified me, and did not Ship my glasses, and they ended up sitting there for longer when I could’ve picked them up, or had them shipped out to my house since nobody did anything about it. When I called to check the status of my order a week later, that’s when I was informed. Nobody let me know that they were never shipped and I was not told a reason why.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
