I want to thank 2 amazing men Edward and Casey I came to the store for a eye appointment and glasses. I was using my new insurance benefit. When they tried looking it up it kept saying a lower amount of coverage but it was wrong and Edward the store manager did such an amazing job I felt at ease and both Edward and Casey are truly great Men!!!!!!! I've had to get a pair of glasses I'd purchased a couple of times due to the frame. On the third visit I was offered to replace the glasses for another, totally different brand and style, that was comparable to the amount I'd paid for my current pair. I was attended by Casey who did an amazing job helping me find the best fitting glasses. His patience and attention to detail where admirable. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. I'll definitely return to the Cherry Creek location for my ongoing vision needs and recommend them to others.

Kayla at the Cherry Creek Mall was so wonderful. I needed a replacement screw on some glasses that I couldn’t find anywhere. Not knowing they were about to close, I asked if she could help. She took her time trying to find the small screw and then went above and beyond by ensuring all the screws were tightened. She was so sweet! Thank you Kayla!

I am writing this review to share a very disappointing experience I had with this eyeglass clinic. A few days ago, I personally visited the Cherry Creek location to schedule an eye exam. I spoke with a woman at the front desk who offered me a Tuesday appointment, which I accepted.
However, when I called to confirm the appointment, the front desk associate—who also identified himself as the manager—informed me that no appointment had ever been scheduled for me. Despite explaining that I had come into the office in person and had arranged this appointment just a few days earlier, he stated there was nothing he could do to accommodate me or make an exception, even though I am leaving soon and urgently need my eyeglasses updated.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the tone of the conversation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue or show any empathy, the response felt dismissive and lacking in customer care. At the end of the call, I couldn’t help but express that it truly sounded like they did not care about their customers.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a medical office where accuracy and communication are essential.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
