For months I’ve been trying to get the pharmacy to transfer my brother’s meds and they act like they cannot. This store should be shut down and expand just add the money to expand Colfax and Chambers

The first time I called Ashley picked up and kept putting it on hold without me even being able to respond. At that point of having the line pick up and hang up 6 times I decided to give it a few minutes to call back again. The second time I called she picked up and quickly put me on hold again without me being able to respond (I understand if it’s busy but customer service is key) once she answered she was rude and had a heavy attitude, I gave her my information still when it was carried on. At that point I asked if her manager was on site, she refused to switch over the line. I then proceeded to ask for a day or time she might be in to speak with her and she also denied to let me know that. I’m just super disappointed as I’ve come to this pharmacy in the past and have NEVER been treated like that in my life.. hopefully you guys figure out what’s going on and get it resolved. I will be going back to my other pharmacy where they take customers serious and carry on with utmost respect.

I had to head to work, and the antibiotics had to be refrigerated, and they wouldn’t work with me and give me the water separately so I can reconstitute at home to not compromise the medicine.
