They send out notifications saying meds are filled when they haven't been - and then denying that said texts were sent out even though I had direct proof literally in my hand, and the service is generally terrible. I was going here out of convenience since it is close to my house, but I will be looking into other supplemental insurance plans at properly staffed pharmacies.

But this pharmacy had people waiting to be called for 10 minutes and they continued to ignore us. instead of helping us, they closed up and left and pretty much said “oh too bad we are going home”. So I’m supposed to be without my prescription for 2 days over Christmas???
