I recently went to pick up my prescription, which I had requested using the pharmacy's automated system. According to the system, I had active refills remaining. However, when I arrived, I was told by the technician that I had no refills left. This was confusing, as I was certain I had a 6-month refill on file. The employee told me they had been trying to contact my doctor for a refill request—something that didn’t quite make sense, as I believe it’s typically the doctor who sends the prescription to the pharmacy, not the other way around. When I asked why the automated system gave me inaccurate information, the technician dismissively told me not to use it. That was frustrating—why would a company offer a system designed to make things easier for customers, and their employees only to have its own staff tell us not to use it? Thankfully, the manager stepped in, reviewed my account, and resolved the issue by adjusting my 90-day fill to a 60-day supply, which allowed the refill to go through. I'm grateful for their help, but I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the initial technician. He was rude, unhelpful, rolled his eyes, and clearly didn’t want to deal with the situation. This could have been a serious issue if the medication were life-saving. In my case, it was an antidepressant—which is still important—but the lack of support and the confusion caused by conflicting information from the pharmacy’s own system is very concerning. I hope this feedback encourages better training for staff and a review of how your automated system is integrated into actual pharmacy operations. One helpful manager shouldn’t have to compensate for a broken system and poor customer service.

If I could give less than one star, I would say the disrespect and lack of customer service were unacceptable. Long story short, I have a dye allergy. The pharmacist or pharmacy tech at this location did not take the time to read the doctor's note stating I had to have a pill without dye due to allergies. The tech went one step further, telling me I needed to call and find it myself. I could also open up the blue pill and just take what is inside. They did not even bother to do an initial check my Doctor advised the powder inside was yellow and the Pharmacist made a production of getting the pill and opening it up to find out that it was yellow. The Pharmist prior to these new people was Amazing! I only changed to this pharmacy because of her. What happened to good customer service! Make sure you advocate for yourself.

Unreliable, slow, and poorly managed. Takes at least one day and often more than that to fill prescriptions and will often miscommunicate about availability of medications if you call ahead. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Happy to leave this consistently terribly serviced pharmacy. Prescription is never ready on time (if in stock - yet it's a monthly order for the last year??). Staff has improved, but very understaffed. There was a male tech who had the worst bedside manner. Cannot get ahold of the pharmacy when you call and when you do, you are waiting on hold for 10+ minutes. Recommend going anywhere else.
