I called in and they literally picked up the phone, didn't say anything and just set it down on the desk until I hung up. This King Soopers pharmacy is a joke.

- MWMonica WashenbergerDec 21, 20231.0This is the third time I have submitted a refill request for my dog's medication, the website says they have contacted the vet's office for reauthorization, and they have not. The last time I had to call the pharmacy. The person I spoke with was very rude and refused to tell me the contact information that they have for the vet. Lo and behold when I gave him the fax number, the refill request finally went through. King Soopers doesn't even have the correct prescriber listed. I just transferred the prescription, hopefully Walgreens can do a better job.
