Inform and keep patients safe on the drugs they're taking. 2. Provide patients with the drugs they need. This pharmacy has consistently failed on number 2 for me!

This is an inner-city pharmacy with lots of traffic and there are more security guards than there are pharmacy techs or people making the wheel go round to save you time and money here. Shop Kroger and if you can always go to a Safeway/Osco Drug-Albertson’s for prescriptions. It might cost you time, but it’s with the line.. They hire enough people and the right people. I’m saying this to help you not because I’m mad. Can a get an Amen?

She was so calm and unbelievably kind, especially with my strange medication situation. Thank you, Michele, for making sure I was taken care of! I hope to be as kind and patient as you each day. UPDATE on 12/28/26: Annie helped me today and if I could give another review of 5 stars I would (but I can’t, so I’m just adding it to my original 5 star review)! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was squared away for me. Thank you!
