  Can't get through to anyone on the phone when they say to call about a prescription. AI won't let you through.

  I hate this pharmacy and unfortunately I am limited to this nightmare of an experience due to a lack of choices. It is not the employees fault, but for some reason I am forced to call and beg to fill a prescription every month instead of being put on a wait list and being informed when it comes in. If you don't call and subject yourself to long hold times, being hung up on, and having voicemails ignored, they just won't fill your prescription. I hate it here and while I cannot go to another pharmacy without massive inconvenience, I have made to point to do my grocery shopping elsewhere.

  I had the flu and was running an active fever. I accidentally selected cash back even tho a black and white sign is posted by the machine - I missed it as I was deathly ill. The lady immediately tried to berate me for it and I will never forget cussing her out so fast her eyes widened so big. Perhaps don’t be rude to sick people over simple accidents that happen every day. I hate going to this pharmacy but I have to

  If you approach them with kindness they will ALWAYS be rude. They will give you different instructions every time regarding picking up. I called ahead they told me to pick it up two days later I arrived and they said they had nothing. Will give you NEW instruction and ask you to come back another time and treat you as if you’re wasting their time. Idk how everyone who works out this pharmacy talk and treat people the way they do it’s disgusting.

  Ive been coming to this pharmacy for over 5 years now and not once have I received poor service. Today I was worried on if I was going to receive my prescription promptly due to being In a lot of pain (dental work); then met with slight panic when I called the auto help desk number and being told it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow evening. So I called and was put on hold (to be expected in a pharmacy) but just decided to walk the few blocks to check. Mama is in pain and I need the good stuff; pronto! Not only was I met with politeness and good service but I really felt the sincerity of the pharmacist when they wished me well. Don't let reviews judge your potential experience here. I truly believe people receive the energy they project and that it isn't that hard to have a little understanding and patience. Plus too much is asked for public facing service staff. Be kind and kindness will eventually come your way.
