This pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever delt with and I've had many pharmacies. Most of the interactions are usually the same. Short, rude, and unprofessional. They constantly shut the drive threw down saying it's broke, but it's been happening for years, even after they had a new system put it. Yet it's open the next day and broke the day after. Honestly I think they're either short staffed or just don't want to have to put in the extra work. I have lost both legs and For handicapped people that really need that drive threw it's a huge inconvenience to not have it. If there is a closer pharmacy to you I would suggest it. Unfortunately the this is the only one in our neighborhood. King Soopers please address this.

I have used this pharmacy for many years because of the convenience of it being close to home, and the drive- thru. I do most of my grocery shopping here. Lately I have to go in for mine or my elderly mother's rx's because the drive thru is usually not open ( the usual answer is they are short staffed) the past four weeks, they've told me it's because it's broken. The automated system doesn't seem to work properly the past few months either. I will call to check on a prescription because I no longer am getting notifications like I used to, and medications that are nolonget needed, i've asked to be deleted out of the system but they never are. So when you go through the automated system, it will list every single prescription that you've got before, and you have to skip them all before you can get to the ones you need. There's been a couple times where it has actually called in a prescription to get refilled that I never wanted. So then I have to end up calling and waiting for long periods of time to speak to someone to get that prescription canceled.Because So now I just end up calling and waiting, and waiting.... to top it off, I went in to pick up my mother's prescription. When I got home, there were only 2 pills in the bottle, and it should have had 10. So again, I had to call and wait and wait to see if they would be able to give me the reminder of the pillsI did not want to make a trip up there for nothing. Pharmacy tech told me to go up.And when I got there, they told me that it was a mix up and they gave my extra pills to the order behind me.Because they were back to back orders, ( for the exact same prescription and same strength hmmmm how likely is that.) The response was "my bad" how unprofessional. So i will probably switch pharmacies and if I have to do that.I will switch my grocery shopping to that store as well (not another King Soopers though) . King Soopers used to be so much better, it has declined so much in the past ten years. And these past few years, horrible customer service, horrible, stocking conditions.

The place needs cleaned up and updated. Staff, customer service are very good. Phone system is not user friendly and the on hold music is usually terrible .

If you use the drive through pharmacy, you will wait a minimum of 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you are there. And god forbid there’s cars in front of you, you may spend an hour waiting. They have no sense of urgency and no respect for their customers’ time. And once you do speak with someone, they will be rude to you. Find a different pharmacy if you can

There is one guy there that is very sweet. But the female there is rude. She is rude every customer that comes in. I had a prescription she flat put said didn't show up than got accused of calling her names and left on hold fi ally had to leave work to find out what actually was going on. Come to find out had she done her job I could have gotten it filled today but sense she was to busy being snotty and not wanting to do her job I couldn't call my doctor to do what they needed before five. This is a prescription I get sick if I don't take. nothing is done about rude behaivor . Most of the staff is uncaring and unkind. I will be changing after I finally get my prescription.
