When my insurance changed, she made a significant effort to ensure one of my essential prescriptions was properly covered and filled. She was patient and courteous while working through the complicated process of verifying BIN and Group numbers—an issue that can be tedious and frustrating. She even contacted my new insurance company directly to resolve the matter. I’ve also observed her interacting kindly and personally with other customers. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service are outstanding!

They also have other prescriptions ready when I never ordered them. Will get prescriptions from another place now
