    The process and work outs are truly taxing - all in a good way and the encouragement and guidance from Faith is absolutely first rate!!

    I have been working out at The Perfect Out studio Cherry Creek for 7 months. My transformation has been incredible. I was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago and had been losing muscle mass and having difficulty walking. With in couple of months of working out, my strength improved and my walking is noticeably better. Having been a regular gym rat, I knew my muscle memory would ignite. Now I have muscle definition in my arms and legs. I feel better, sleep better and have more energy. Faith is an encouraging and compassionate trainer. She constantly finds ways to improve my workout. This type of workout might not be for everyone but everyone should try it to find out.

    I really enjoyed the introductory workout with Faith. It was challenging, but enjoyable & Faith was very knowledgeable about the process, as well as encouraging to me throughout. I was surprised how much we accomplished in the short time. I can see how this method could transform your body if you did it regularly. I did find the cost to be prohibitive. Still deciding if I will commit to a membership that would cost more than my monthly car payment.
