I initially approached DPM with some hesitation, but after just one session with Dana, I was completely won over. The instructors at DPM are clearly exceptional, and I've been truly impressed by the strong community they've built over the years. Dana's long-term client relationships, some spanning from when their kiddos were in preschool to college, are a testament to their dedication to achieving healthy results for their clients. For example, I came in thinking my body, aged by skateboarding, wouldn't recover its former strength. While it may not be exactly as it was, it has undeniably grown stronger. I've learned so much about movement and discovered new ways to stand, walk, and gain strength without incurring new injuries. I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of the DPM community!

I’ve been seeing Dana now for 13 years. I have had several injuries to overcome ( post op or just an everyday injury). She has helped me so much. She can modify to accommodate your needs. I’m stronger and more aware of my body and how it moves. I have also had sessions with Ariel. Best place for pilates, hands down. 🙌

I take classes virtually with Denver Pilates Movement, which helps me stay centered no matter where I am in the universe. Even online I'm able to follow the movements and instruction because Dana is so extraordinarily clear. She takes complicated Pilates movements and theories and breaks them down in a common sense way I can visualize. And most important, she shares pearls of wisdom every week - whether its teaching me more about my breath, or reminding me to be patient with my body, I look forward to her calming voice every week.
