CycleBar® LoHi is more than a ride. It’s a journey of self-discovery. With indoor cycling rides designed for all fitness levels, we promise to empower, inspire, and elevate you throughout every day.
Like the themes and the different types of classes. Don’t love being ranked in comparison to my other classmates, but there might be a way to opt out of that that i haven’t figured out yet. Enjoying the mid day and pm classes, hoping for more dubstep and taylor swift!

For several years I have enjoyed coming to this location. Yes the neighborhood has grown and the parking can be a pain, and I have had to make adjustments to my travel time, but that’s not something I was even ready to rate. The studio does not have parking that’s enforced for the location. Just a small lot that’s shared with other businesses. The reason go my review is my recent interaction with an instructor named Gigi. I came to her evening class recently and had an uncomfortable dialogue and has since been pushed further by an email confrontation from her manager, and no follow up for a direct conversation.
Gigi’s class felt like it had very little flow and she was hard to understand on her mic. All of this I wouldn’t even rate because I’m just trying to get a workout. And again, I am commuting through traffic and fighting for parking for this class. Gigi also messed with my partner’s bike settings without him asking for help and that interaction was also odd, but we didn’t want to correct her or make a big deal.
The issue came up because Gigi stopped the class for a cool down stretch at 40 minutes past start rather than 43 or 45. I asked for another song and the rest of the class agreed. I thought that would be the end of the interaction. She then followed us to our locker after class and confronted us in front of other attendees saying if we have an issue with her timing we need to talk to her manager. I said that I am not comfortable with that and would prefer to leave it alone and move on. She then proceeded to have her manager write us a strongly worded email saying that we confronted and harassed the instructor, which is in no way true. I have never had a class with Gigi before and have no history with her and will now never take her class again. It was really upsetting that the owner took the instructors side without even a conversation. Again I have been coming to this location since before the neighborhood started changing and have never had a bad interaction, but the fact that the owner would not even call me back or consider both sides is very upsetting.

Last week I took my first spin Class w/ LARUEN on Wednesday night. I am pretty new to cycling and have taken classes at other places but she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I loved her music. There was this one part of the ride where made us really think about our ride. The music and setting was perfect, especially for the work day I had. At the end of the ride, when I struggled to get out the bike but she came over and helped me out. Really loved her vibe and will be back. Thank you LAUREN!
