- RRRicAug 8, 20232.0No showers. I wouldn’t mind if I lived walking distance but hated getting into my car covered in sweat. I am on a schedule, I need to move to my next appointment but had to go home first to shower and change to something clean. I would only recommend this if you live walking distance. Besides that it seams like a standard CorePower. I recommend arriving fully dressed for your session as well.
