- SRSeraphina RazielSep 24, 20253.0I really love yoga in general. The stretching, balance, strength and flexibility building, and time to be present on your mat with no distractions. What I strongly dislike is when the instructor has a "theme" or what she thinks the class needs advice on, and keeps blabbing about it instead of just leaving us alone. Her theme was "chaos." Overcoming chaos, feeling the chaos, becoming stronger because of the chaos. Not sure what the heck all this chaos is that she keeps shoving down our throats? Wow, she used the word chaos about 30 times. All I see is that that it is an absolutely beautiful Wednesday in September, and she's ruining my class and totally killing my vibe.

Last fall I experienced Nadia and Sandi’s classes. I adore them. Inviting, motivational and great at instructing/helping students with form. This spring I was able to take more classes. Lev, Jo, Sherrie and Matt who are all also top notch teachers. Not only was I always excited to practice but looked forward to all these instructors’ classes. Each one brought something special to the practice. Very clean facility. Please please open a Corepower in Summit County!!!
