    I wish I remembered the name of my instructor, but overall I enjoyed my first class (level 1.5). Definitely closer to traditional pilates which is what I was looking for. I think they have more high-intensity classes as well but it's great they have options. Club Pilates is just very corporate. The plus side is the number of locations and class availability...but they have been calling me, emailing me, and texting me for weeks to push their promotions and get me to commit. This isn't to fault any of the employees, they're just doing their jobs, but with corporate gyms comes corporate sales and it just put me off. They also made me buy $16 socks which is just a money grab. I have been to 4 other pilates studios in denver and none of them require socks.

    Abby Jo is a great Pilates instructor. She gives clear directions and puts together a challenging class with multiple options to level up or down. Would love to see her in a 5 am slot.

    I’ve been practicing Pilates at other studios for about 7 years. This was my first visit to Cherry Creek Club Pilates. The studio is clean and nicely setup with plenty of room to store coats, boots, etc. Since it was my first class in over a month, I took a mid-level, 1.5 flow class on Saturday morning with Maggie. She does a good job cuing the different moves and positions to ensure the correct muscles are engaged. I’ll have to try their level 2.0 classes to see if the studio is a good fit for me since the 1.5 aren’t challenging enough.
