There is no flexibility or willingness to offer a rescheduled class, even if you’re late by just a couple minutes. Very frustrating as a very regular customer.

The in-person classes I took with Julie, Rebecca, and Aly were definitely a challenge, but also enjoyable. I tried some of the livestream classes after I left, and those were great, too!
