Their fee for a hearing test and fitting of my hearing aids $500 from me and they would separately bill my carrier. These folks in it for the money. Brain surgeons may justify 500 and hour. Not audiologists.

I went back to Connect Hearing and wanted out of them. I had purchased them and they could have said no but they offered me other models that might be more appropriate. I tried two other models that where outside of the ear and finally found what worked for me. Dr. Kathleen and the owner did not have to go the extra mile to make me happy but they did and worked with me on the pricing. I am very happy and could not say enough about their concern to make me a satisfied customer. Dr. Kathleen is a professional and never treated me like I was unreasonable.
