The technician who did the first part of my exam was wonderful. The wait for my most recent appointment was exceptionally long. The front desk staff was adequate, but not especially friendly or professional. They carried on side conversations while checking me in/out and didn't make eye contact. If it were not for the quality of care I received from Dr. Moore and the technician, I'd be giving a rating of 2 due to the wait and the mediocre customer service at the front desk.
