Now, I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and have tolerated something’s I probably shouldn’t have. Some of which to include coming in after taking time off, getting numbed up—only to have the wrong crown provided. (It was someone else’s tooth) prepared for me. Then having to come back later to go through the process all over again. I have had past due bills sent without ever receiving the first one, then months after paying online, getting phone calls requesting payment and having to prove I’ve already completed it. The experience has been chaotic to say the least. I’m a cash payer after they dropped Cigna, so as a fellow clinician, there’s no reason why I should have to participate, and pay for an additional service, outside of the cleaning I was scheduled for (for over a year). Really disappointed overall. The redeeming qualities include really nice staff and nice facilities.

I came in for a routine cleaning, and during the appointment I mentioned that I was having issues with my new crown. They took the time to look into it, identified the problem right away, and explained everything clearly. We ended up needing a new crown made, and Dr. McLain made sure I understood each step of the process — from what was going on to how the replacement crown would solve it. The new crown fits perfectly now, and the whole experience was handled with professionalism and care. I really appreciate the communication, attention to detail, and how they made the process stress-free. Highly recommend this office!
