CU Family Health Clinic Sheridan Campus is a 501(c)(3) federally-qualified nurse-managed clinic, focused on a patient-centered medical home philosophy. Our PCMH model offers children and adults access to affordable medical and dental care, as well as behavioral health care and pharmacy services—all under one roof. We provide quality health care for people of all ages and backgrounds, whether they have insurance or not. While we accept most insurance plans and welcome Medicaid, CHP+, and Medicare, we also have sliding-scale discount programs for people who do not have coverage.
