- JPJenna PolowskiMar 19, 20261.0I drop in across multiple locations since I work in the field and makes things convenient for me. While I usually have solid sessions at different locations, the Sculpt class I took was a yoga nightmare. Overly packed class, super loud music, and the instructor had a horrible attitude, was snooty and arrogant. I found little value in going super fast, limiting my movement for fear of bumping my neighbors. To top it off I got yelled at for being out of sync by the instructor while trying not to bump my neighbors!I will never go to or recommend that instructor. I believe her name was Stacie? Anyhoo, I have taken Bri’s C2 class before and she’s a doll! Very patient, fun and sweet with a good sweat to boot! Very good energy! I go to Bri’s class anytime when I’m in the area. She makes it all worth going to this location!

- JKJohn KennedyJan 10, 20245.0I am not a big fan of leaving reviews without remembering to take a mirror selfie, especially in a yoga studio full of mirrors. But, I wanted to give credit to where credit is due. Went to a class taught by Toby G last night and he was an amazing instructor. He did everything I think an instructor should do. He wasn’t overly talkative complimenting individual poses people are doing. Continued to remind people to do what felt right with their bodies and played Mac Miller. Seriously, I think all yoga teachers should learn from Toby because he was an addition to the class, not a distraction like many other teachers have been in my opinion. Also, bringing in the towels at the end. Bravo. Shout out to Toby, please never change.
