Definitely closer to traditional pilates which is what I was looking for. I think they have more high-intensity classes as well but it's great they have options. Club Pilates is just very corporate. The plus side is the number of locations and class availability...but they have been calling me, emailing me, and texting me for weeks to push their promotions and get me to commit. This isn't to fault any of the employees, they're just doing their jobs, but with corporate gyms comes corporate sales and it just put me off. They also made me buy $16 socks which is just a money grab. I have been to 4 other pilates studios in denver and none of them require socks.
