The staff, Rae Cuthbertson, Certified Optician, and Shawn Angier, Manager & Optician, are warm, welcoming and HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE in fitting any kind of eyewear. I was having difficulty with a pair of prescription glasses they had made for me (an unusual problem) which they successfully identified, corrected and did not charge me for a replacement pair even though the warranty had expired. Who does that??? No hesitation in recommending these wonderful professionals, particularly Rae Cuthbertson. I wouldn't go anywhere else --and I have tried a few of the big chain eyeglass stores--and without a doubt, the quality of their products and their outstanding service is above and beyond. Then when it was hard for me to get to the office when they came in, he sent them to my job. Following up a few weeks later he was able to help me again fast and easily over the phone. He is has great customer service and care for his client. I will be back!

Shawna has been there a long time and I try to get her to help me pick out new frames. She nails it every time. I now live four hours away and they were willing to send me my new glasses. I was expecting to have to wait two weeks or longer. They came within a week and they even reached out to me by phone to make sure my new glasses were delivered.
