- JTJack TruaxApr 1, 20263.0I've been a patient here before it was Central Family Dentistry. The last dentist was a bit of a weirdo. He left abruptly and when Doctor Cook took over, I recieved no notice of the transition. Dr. Cook is great and all, but the thing that became so hard especially with RTO being a thing was scheduling. This office closes way too early for me and it got to a point where the only times they had open were the worst possible times. The last guy was surprised when I took leave to come see him, this office seems to think that I'm just sitting around waiting to be deployed to see them. Then they get mad when I cancel because the time we set up was really a place holder for a few months out. I would see if I could make that work, but it turned out it wasn't feasible when I got the reminder. Also the last few receptionists have been snarky and I got sick of dealing with that, so I had to move on from this place. The doctor is great, but the barriers of recieving care have been too big of a problem.

I recently completed a multi-phase restorative care plan that included a root canal and tooth extraction w/ implant and I am so glad I found Dr. Cook and her team to design and execute my plan of care. For any procedure that cannot be completed in the office, Dr. Cook is also well-connected with a network of other oral surgery specialists who are all just as good and willing to meet your individualized needs. The entire team really makes you feel welcome and like they are willing to prioritize your needs and comfort. Everyone on the team takes the time to explain each individual procedure and what to expect. Despite having to make several visits in the past few months, I have never felt anxious and, in fact, I felt very good about returning knowing that my care was being expertly managed. If you are looking for a new Dentistry practice in Denver, look no further than Central Family Dentistry. Highly recommended!
