  I switched to this pharmacy less than a year ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Before coming here, I had ongoing issues at another pharmacy where my prescriptions were mishandled multiple times, including being transferred and filled without my authorization. . It got serious enough that I had to file police reports and involve my doctor and insurance just to resolve it. It was stressful, frustrating, and honestly made me feel like I couldn’t trust the system that’s supposed to help keep me healthy. Since switching here, that stress is completely gone. The staff is professional, respectful, and consistent. They actually take security seriously, communicate clearly, and treat you like a person instead of a problem. I’ve never had a rude interaction, and every visit has been smooth. As someone managing a serious health condition, having a pharmacy I can trust makes a huge difference. I finally feel confident that my prescriptions are safe, handled correctly, and won’t turn into another ordeal.. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind.

  Pharmacists are always friendly & are usually helpful, etc. But no matter when I try to call, I can never get anyone on the phone. I don’t even have the chance to speak before getting told to hold, always ends up being 10+ minutes or cycled to voicemail, that is never able to be used. I tried reaching out multiple times throughout today over a new prescription, I waited 10+ minutes on hold, then I got hung up on. So thanks for that!! Super awesome of a pharmacist to do when all I need to know is a general time idea of when I can pickup a prescription. I have called multiple times throughout the hours of 1030 up until 4 PM, there should at least be some time that somebody can actually answer the freaking phone and this is not the only time that it has happened Moving forward, I plant a switch pharmacies because this is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to be hung up on

  Absolutely one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Being 72 years old and living in a number of locations I’ve experienced a variety of pharmacies. I can honestly say the Safeway pharmacy on north Powers is very good. Their customer service is second to none. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them for almost 5 years and I’ve never had an issue. They really go the extra mile!

  Dan and his colleagues are the best! He takes a personal interest in my wellbeing by assuring I'm never given a medication that might harm me do to exiting allergies.
