    I had an appt for 1 pm to do allergy testing which was recommended after I came here for another reason. Then when I’m trying to look at appts with the receptionist she is getting on her phone and couldn’t have been less interested. I am hoping this gets better if I choose to do allergy treatment there.

    This place is a joke. I am in complete shock as to what happened today. In September 2025 I purchased a Goupon for 60 units of Letybo. I redeemed 50 units at that time as I didn't need the full 60. The injector told me the other 10 will be banked for me when I'm ready to use them. Great! I made an appointment for 4/24/2026 at 11:30 am to use the last 10 units. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes I asked the girl behind the counter if it would be much longer and that I would need to reschedule if it would be. Then someone finally took me back to a room; I am still very pleasant at this time. I explain that I have 10 units banked and the woman said she would have to go look into that. 10 more minutes later she comes back and says there's no record of me whatsoever. I then show her the Groupon and she just takes my phone and says she is taking it to the clinic manager. I was taken aback and felt uncomfortable with that but let it happen. Another seven or so minutes later I was not up for waiting any longer, as I have other things to do today, and it's been over 30 minutes since my appointment was supposed to start. I walk up front and the rude girl behind the counter hands me my phone. I said to her, this feels really odd and sketchy and I don't understand what is hapenning here. She replies, "um I don't know why you think this is odd." I said, this is sketchy and I am feeling annoyed that I have been waiting this long and this whole thing is happening. Then the clinic manager, God knows how she got that position, comes up and tells me that they will do the 10 units but I need to be nicer to their staff. Like, what?? Excuse me? I said, I have been waiting here over 30 minutes past my appointment time, you have no record of me, you took my phone and walked away, and now tell me that I'm being "short with her staff and not nice" in her words. I said wait, you have no record of me, your receptionist is so rude, and I have been here now well over 35 minutes since my appointment time. I am not allowed to say that I'm uncomfortable and frustrated with this situation? I was very patient with them until that point. I was in complete disbelief at the nerve of this woman and the receptionist treating me as if I have done something wrong. I lost my ever loving you know what and left. There is a huge problem here with customer service (let me know if you want me to come train you and your staff), recordkeeping, and overall professionalism. DO NOT give them your money or business.

    Theresa was a pro at drawing blood! she made it super easy. Sam and Shelby were also great! I’m very happy with my experience and the vibe of the new staff.

    I’ve been coming to Health Now since I moved to Colorado, and I truly can’t say enough good things about Claire and her team. They are some of the kindest, most patient people I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. They consistently go above and beyond, not just in providing care, but in truly listening and advocating for their patients. They’ve done so much for me and been instrumental in getting me treatment I needed, setting insurance straight, and helping me find advanced care when necessary. After I was diagnosed with melanoma and underwent surgery, Claire and her staff took the time to personally follow up and check on me post-op, even though my care had transitioned to a dermatology/oncology team. That level of care meant so much and really sets them apart. More recently, I’ve also gone to Health Now for cosmetic treatments like Botox and lip filler. My experience has been amazing; I didn’t feel a thing during my lip filler appointment, and Claire is a magician when it comes to injecting. I had a very specific look in mind, and she executed it flawlessly. Truly the best in the business. I’m so grateful to have found Health Now and I continue to see Claire even though I’ve moved over an hour away. It’s a one-stop shop with a team that genuinely cares.
