I had my first sculpt and flow class here with Mia. Not only was this my first yoga class ever, but also first intense sculpt class. It was amazing, although I wish I had picked a bit of an easier class for my first class it was still really good. Mia was so encouraging and kind, I worked my butt off. Woke up feeling sore in all the best ways feeling great.
