- CCChris CMU2 days ago5.0I made an appointment for the King Soopers Clinic in the back, but they didn't bother to save a flu shot for me. So, I went up front and they were able to get me in that same morning. Great staff, thanks!

I had to go to another urgent care facility where they knew what they doing. Suspect her credentials. Do not trust her. She said that I had an infection which was not true. Be careful!!! I had to pay twice to get my stitches removed.

Because of inability she said the hand was swollen and poked the hand with sharp tweezers. My wife’s hand hurt for several days. We had to go to another urgent care to have the sutures removed. It’s false advertising to say you can get sutures removed here.

People complain about the wait times but you can see how long the wait is online, you can sign yourself up to be in line so you don’t have to wait inside and you can also schedule appointments. I choose them over my primary care when I’m not feeling well. Erin Daniels is so sweet and you can tell she really cares! I cannot remember the name of the woman who answered the phone this week but she was awesome! She made me laugh and made me feel really comfortable going through COVID testing. They did everything curbside and explained everything thoroughly before doing it. Thanks for being there for me when I needed it ♥️
