  Dr. Rollert did an amazing job resolving a complex dental issue for me. His entire staff was very professional and efficient. My issues were resolved more quickly and more painless than I anticipated.

  Dr. Rollert and his team were very professional. The procedure was seamless and went very well for my 8 year old child. I was impressed with the quality of care and would recommend Dr. rollers and his team if you need oral surgery of any kind.

  I had two wisdom teeth removed on my left side while I was asleep, and the experience was night and day compared to having my right side done previously by another surgeon. This procedure was smooth, calm, and far less stressful from start to finish. The team made me feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly, and recovery has been much easier than my past experience. If I ever needed oral surgery again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Highly recommend.

  Dr Rollert is an exceptional provider. I have had two kids have wisdom teeth extracted at his office, and both had an outstanding experience start to finish. Dr Rollert was calm and professional, helpful and reassuring the entire time. My kids were comfortable and in great hands by him and his staff members, and had an unremarkable, easy recovery. Highly recommend!! Will return with my next kid without hesitation.

  My husband and I have had a combined total of three oral surgery procedures done by Dr. Rollert. The first two procedures were flawless and recovery was quick and easy. With the most recent procedure, my husband experienced complications associated with an anatomical issue of his tooth. One often learns about their provider’s responsiveness when a complication occurs. Dr. Rollert and his team handled my husband’s situation exceptionally well. Dr. Rollert was available and accessible during the recovery period. He also gave my husband’s issue a chance to resolve without rushing back into “cutting” again. We have both been impressed by Dr. Rollert’s expertise and extensive experience. He has considerable patience and kindness along with a great personality and communication skills, which are essential for someone with fear of dental or oral surgery. I was absolutely impressed with the ease of how Dr. Rollert related to my husband and provided honest assessments of the situation. He didn’t mind questions from both of us and in fact, encouraged dialogue. Even more importantly, he explained everything with simple clarity and provided excellent information regarding his issue, treatment options, and recovery details. Dr. Rollert also has an exceptional team working with him. Grace and Doris warmly checked my husband in and answered questions accordingly. We overheard them on the phone talking to people with kindness and professionalism. In today’s rapidly declining responsiveness in medical office, Grace and Doris were a breath of fresh air in how they handled patients walking in the door, answering multiple phone calls, and addressing questions from the clinical team. It says a lot about the practice when the first people you meet at the reception desk are this accommodating and simply welcoming. We also appreciated Dr. Rollert’s assistant Jillian who talked to my husband before Dr. Rollert came in and efficiently had everything ready for Dr. Rollert to go. Her discharge instructions were comprehensive and understandable. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Rollert for his expertise, his communication, kindness and accessibility and for assembling a professional, kind and efficient staff to work with him.
