Today I went in, and was told "We just got this" even though it was called in two days ago. She then proceeded to tell me, she only had 1 of the 2 in stock. That's fine, I said, I'll call my doctor. She said to come back in 30 minutes to pick it up. When I returned she told me there was a problem, -that my insurance did not cover it, -well how much is it then, without even looking she says 200$, I said that's fine. I don't think she was ready for me to call her bluff, as she replies with, well we don't have it. I understand if you don't have it, but come on, quit with the blatant lying to customers. Its rude and unprofessional. If you don't have it, you don't have it.
