  Management is rude and Disgusting. Don't patronize this establishment. Every King Soopers I've been to has met the gold standard expept this one. You would think Management would be at least adequate in customer service. I regret to inform you this in not the case.

  Worst pharmacy ever! Refused to give me a prescription by a clerk (not pharmacist) who wanted to close 1 min early. It was a simple pick up and she was out of control with slamming her iron gate closed to prove she was in control. Who in health care is this rude! This has been escalated and prescription transferred to where reasonable people work. I get it...if they were closing...a simple kind explanation is okay, but...not all the rudeness.

  Scheduled an appt online for vaccines through their website. Once we got there, the tech noted that our appts had been canceled due to our type of insurance. I was given no notification of that until showing up this evening. Poor communication and a big inconvenience that could’ve been avoided. Please do better.
