  Will not recommend. Very Rude doesn't value patients time and focuses only on money, promotes beauty spa mostly and sends bill went in person 1 time but sent bull twice and if you ask anything about billing holds your call for 20 mins. Waste of time . Not punctual

  Very clean nice office staff is very friendly and nice, I've been through 3 NP's here, I was originally with Kelly then she relocated somewhere else, and shannon and Kaitlyn took over for Kelly both were very kind and knowledgeable. I expressed my concerns about wanting to get back on ADHD meds and Shannon helped me get started, within a couple weeks we got me started on ADHD meds the office offers telehealth, which can be very convenient when you don't drive and you need to make a ride appointment and they need 4 days in advance, and considered I have been under a lot of stress I forgot to call for a ride. so I had to reschedule and the office was very understanding and so was Kaitlin who I was seeing today. I highly recommend either of them, both are very knowledgeable and kind people I highly recommend this office if you are on Colorado medical and you are looking for flexibility and understanding and kind people.

  Whoever the receptionist was on 1/21/25 was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone. And I have a feeling it was because of the type of insurance I have. When trying to schedule an appointment, Daniel (I think was his name) had asked for the reason for my appointment. After giving my reasoning, he said, in a very rude tone: “You need to be more specific. You can’t just say ______ because…….” (The reasoning needed to be listed a certain way for instance billing) The entire phone call was just him being rude. No matter what insurance a person has everyone deserves top-notch customer service. If you’re going to be judgmental or rude, then maybe the medical field isn’t a place for you to be employed.
