  Zeal Dance Fitness is an absolute gem, and instructor Erikka is the heart and soul of it all! She offers such a variety of fun, high-energy classes that there is truly something for every skill level and dance style. Erikka has a gift for making every student feel welcome, motivated, and excited to come back for more. I cannot recommend Zeal Dance Fitness highly enough — it is so much more than a workout, it is a community!

  Love the Uplift classes! I had been looking for group fitness classes close by and I’m so happy to have found Erikka and Zeal. Such a great group of women ❤️

  Erikka is great and this was by far the best cardio I’ve ever done. I will definitely be returned for more fun!

  She has such a great looking studio! Her enthusiasm and her love for all forms of dance and fitness is such a great motivator and with the two combined is a breath of fresh air compared to the big impersonal box gyms and the like. She takes her time to get to know each student and knows them all by name.

  I highly recommend getting a nutritional consult, Inbody Scan and meal plan from Erikka. She is a wonderful nutritionist who focused on my blood type to determine what works best for my body, which foods would reduce the inflammation in my joints and my abdomen, then created a healthy diet tailored just for me. She is very caring and thorough and treats me like family.
