Pressed call on the outdated phone system (even though this place is new) and a lady answered and said she'd be right over and hung up. I waited 5 minutes with the phone to my ear waiting for her. I never heard from her or saw her. Then the guy behind the window signaled that the drop off lane was closed, and I needed to get behind the five cars in the pick-up line. There was a long line inside and outside.they are slow as hell. Everytime I go in there something gets messed up. I went there a few weeks ago to buy Sudafed and the guy sold me Claritin D instead, when I came back one minute later to return it, he couldn't sell me the Sudafed because he already took my ID. His mistake cost me a trip to the pharmacy and a night without the meds I needed. This pharmacy sucks.
