    Love the location. The staff is rude and it starts from the pharmacist. I overheard the way she talks to her staff. Not a surprise that if you treat your people badly they will treat your customers badly.

    While there are a few neat people here, the majority are snarky, blame shifting and, sorry, — incompetent. I cannot count the number of times they have made a mistake on my prescriptions. It’s honestly frightening, and the ONLY thing I ever hear from them are the same handful of tired excuses. Almost everyone there blames the busyness of the pharmacy — as though that is an excuse to basically shrug off potentially deadly errors. They ROUTINELY tell me they haven’t received anything from my Dr., and then my Dr. shows me a timed stamped transaction that is evidence that they are either, 1. using this as an easy out for why your medication is still not ready, or 2. they simply are not able to tend to electronic or phones in rx by the prescribing physician. Even the doctors that I’ve seen will tell you what a sh*t show this location is. Bottom line, it’s a horribly run machine with seemingly zero leadership or pharmaceutical team taking responsibility.
