  Have been using this group for several years now handling complex medication regimes for other family members and in filling standard prescriptions and vaccines in general. The group is always helpful and they are good at resolving things when the Rx information isn't correct. Thumbs way up!

  They are the worst Kingscoopers pharmacy I have ever experienced. It don't matter when you call in your prescription you will wait for them to fill it, everytime. So plan on an extra 10 to 20 minutes every time you go to pick up prescription. I don't know what happened to them they use to be good.

  Kingsoopers pharmacy is more concerned with collecting the most amount of money they can for a prescription and no longer in the business of helping patients and doing what is best for them. They also do not care if you need a prescription ASAP that your doctor called in. Three days after a prescription was called in and I called the same day and explained I needed it and was told no problem it will be ready that day to show up and it was still not ready. Now I am at the pharmacy three days later and the Pharmacist Elisa is taking her time to fill the prescription (it took her 20 mins to fill it while I was standing at the counter). Kingsoopers has also messed up their contract with GoodRx and lost it (the reps words at the counter). I would recommend moving to another pharmacy, we will be moving all our prescription and will no longer be using them.
