  Have been using this group for several years now handling complex medication regimes for other family members and in filling standard prescriptions and vaccines in general. The group is always helpful and they are good at resolving things when the Rx information isn't correct. Thumbs way up!

  Can not overstate how impressed I was with Lucy this morning. I had to confirm prescription refills, called the and the automated phone system couldn't see them, hit the 0 to talk to a person and got Lucy. I began with my name and DOB in the first 5 seconds and by the time I mentioned the situation, she had them up and confirmed. We're talking less than 20 seconds. Wow!

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this pharmacy that involved both the Promenade Parkway and Ridge Road locations. What should have been a simple prescription pickup turned into a nightmare of miscommunication and poor customer service. The Problem: Originally dropped off prescription at Ridge Road location with 30-minute fill time Told them I could pick it up the next day, which they said was fine Returned to Ridge Road the next day - they had no record of my prescription After looking it up, they discovered it had been mysteriously sent to the Promenade Parkway location across town Ridge Road staff claimed they couldn't transfer it back because it was already at the other location Promenade Parkway Location Issues: Staff had no explanation for why my prescription was sent there when I never requested it Blamed me for "picking the wrong location" even though I clearly went to Ridge Road in person Gave conflicting information about who could resolve the transfer issue Major communication problem at drive-through: Staff member repeatedly claimed she couldn't hear me, forcing me to speak louder and louder. When I raised my voice to be heard, she rudely told me not to scream Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction The Runaround: Both locations gave me different stories about how to resolve the issue. Ridge Road said Promenade Parkway needed to delete it from their system, while Promenade Parkway said Ridge Road needed to cancel it. I was sent back and forth between locations with no resolution. Bottom Line: Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The combination of poor communication systems between locations, rude staff, and inability to resolve simple issues makes this pharmacy not worth your time or stress. The drive-through communication problems at Promenade Parkway are particularly concerning for a medical facility where clear communication is essential. Would not recommend either location.

  Busy pharmacy but staff is great, helpful , personable. Wouldn't switch!
