  Home Instead provides well-trained and experienced caregivers in a professional and well supervised environment. Upper Management is attentive, thorough and respectful. I highly recommend Home Instead also because they listen to their clients and those watching their clients and work with them to provide exactly what is needed.

  We hired the Home Instead team to help care for our aging parents who both suffer with dementia. They were very caring, thorough and easy to work with. They provided a kind, capable and reliable caregiver that matched our parents' needs and personalities. The staff also helped us manage the paperwork for our long term care insurance claim. In a very difficult and emotional time, Home Instead was a steadfast and calm partner for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for senior care.

  Home Instead has been a lifesaver for our family. My wife was diagnosed with dementia in 2020 and over time, the challenges of providing care for her as well as for myself became increasingly difficult to manage. We brought Home Instead into our fold in the fall of 2022 and the positive impact on our lives was immediate. Our current main caregiver, Barbara, is a godsend. Barbara is a sweet, caring person with a big heart who shows compassion and empathy by nature. She quickly learned and follows our routines, while adding some of her own experience and training; all of which have been a huge help for my wife and I. Barbara has taken the time to know us. We talk about our lives, our past, our kids, our future - just all the things that make us who we are. In essence, Barbara has become an extension of our family and we are fortunate to have her. Overall, we highly recommend Home Instead. The staff are all so kind and understanding. Their policies are straight forward and scheduling is flexible. Over the months, we've had several different caregivers and they have all been great. Each brings their own special flair to our home. Most of all, they bring the peace of mind and the trust that we know we are in good hands.
