  Can we talk about how amazing this place is to be an urgent care!!!!!! From the front desk staff (Kelsey, Lisa, and the young woman they were training I didn’t get her name ) all so helpful and provided such care for me and my daughter. I would recommend to anyone in urgent need. The providers are knowledgeable and compassionate. Exactly what we need in healthcare especially in this day and age. Keep up the good work.

  I had a phenomenal experience—everyone from the front desk to the clinical staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, everything was clearly explained (including no co-pay), and I was seen within minutes. Jake, the MA, was thorough and engaging, and Elizabeth provided clear guidance — I was able to pick up my prescription within 90 minutes of leaving. Overall, excellent care and service.   We have been coming here for 6 years for urgent care needs, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I called ahead last week to confirm a pre-op physical and even emailed the required documents in advance. I was told this was something they could complete. When I arrived, the front desk staff member (Kelsey) immediately had a rude and dismissive tone. She interrupted me multiple times and acted irritated that we were there. She said she would need to check with the physician. When she returned with another staff member, both were visibly frustrated and told me the physician would not complete the exam. While I understand there may be criteria or physician discretion, the issue was the unprofessional and disrespectful way this was handled. Instead of a kind compassionate demeanor, Kelsey was hostile and condescending the entire duration of our visit. When I addressed the tone, Kelsey became very confrontational and raised her voice, which made the situation even more escalated. Additionally, the second staff member had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, which was concerning in a healthcare setting. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism here before. I have reached out to the owner using the contact information provided in the response but have not yet received a reply. I would appreciate follow-up on this matter

  The front office staff were kind and direct. Signing in was easy and efficient. There was minimal wait time to get into a room. The NP was quick to assess and she was gentle. Getting the X-rays and being notified of the findings was the fastest service I've ever had at any medical facility. The facility was clean. I felt welcomed and comfortable and was extremely pleased with the quick assessment and overall time spent at the facility. I feel confident that the diagnosis is correct. Thank you!
