  Normally good service, but had post surgical pain meds sent in on Friday. Was supposed to be ready that day. Went by Saturday. Not ready. Not ready Sunday Called Monday. Not ready. They said it would be ready by 2pm. Went by at 3pm. Not ready. They said it would be ready in 20 mins. I waited 30 mins. Not ready. Not sure what is going on **they generally helpful and on top of it. Having this happen after surgery was frustrating though

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about this incredible all-women pharmacy team! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and goes above and beyond to ensure your questions are answered and your needs are met. What truly stands out is their ability to make you feel valued and respected as a customer. They handle everything with such grace and expertise, even in busy or challenging situations. It’s clear they work seamlessly as a team, creating a welcoming and positive environment. This pharmacy is a shining example of what excellent healthcare service should be.   I rented a carpet cleaner. I spent a half hour cleaning it out before I returned it. When I brought it back the guy working on Halloween night 2023 was in a nasty mood. He looked at me with contempt as I approached him. When he asked it I cleaned it I explained that I had. Then he turned it over and rolled the roller on the bottom and 2 clumps of hair came out. Which I reached over and removed. In a rude manner he scoffed at me that I hadn't cleaned it and I wasn't getting my money back. To say he was rude would be an understatement. I thought about how to handle this situation for a long time. And honestly just want to get it off my mind. I've been a customer there for years. By and large the staff is very polite and helpful. This guy who was an older Hispanic man was absolutely foul to me. He clearly didn't want to be there and I felt that he had an attitude towards me before I even spoke to him. Based upon the expression on his face as I approached. I'm sorry that Kroger aka City Market can't pay it's employees a better wage that they had to hire a guy like that to work for them. Since then I've been going to Whole Foods for the bulk of my shopping.
