When the adjustment was supposed to be made, they added a prescription amount instead of subtracting it. It will take an act of God to get these people to understand that they not only owe me for what they added but also for what they failed to credit. There seems to be no one there who can do math. This pharmacy has the worst customer service. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take a prescription to this pharmacy. I would give zero stars, but that was not an option.
