- ABAmanda BoermanMar 19, 20261.0I was picking up a very short term pain medication prescription following a major (and very painful) surgery and during check out the pharmacist comes over to make sure I understand usage (replied yes, thanks. No other questions) - I understand and appreciate their expertise there. What I do not appreciate is that he then stated I really should try ibuprofen and Tylenol before I take my prescribed pain medication. First of all, he had no other knowledge of my treatment plan. Secondly, his impromptu gaslight of the severity of my pain and recovery, undermining of the intentionally and thoughtfully built recovery plan in partnership with my doctor and hospital, and attempt at drug use intervention (for a 2 day prescription) at the front counter and uninvited is unacceptable.

They don’t care enough to try to help me find a place to get a vaccination or to get on a list. I have gone to many places, many websites, and have tried to get on many lists but those lists are not available or are already filled. I am supposed to be eligible for a shot but no one seems to care. King Sooper doesn’t care.
