I booked a Covid vaccination appointment but when it became clear to me that they were forcing me to do a provider visit just for a vaccination, I decided not to go. They subsequently charged me a $20 no-show fee. When you can just walk in for an appointment too! Ridiculous. I find this pretty pretentious for a clinic that sits in a King Soopers. I’ll never be back.

I took my son's girlfriend here a week and a half ago. I'm very disappointed. She had a low-grade fever, congestion, and a cough that put her into fits even at the clinic! She was sent home with amoxicillan and cough syrup. Went back 3 days later because the cough syrup didn't work, and she was now coughing nonstop. This time, was sent home with asthma medicine. Couldn't see her cough anymore, so we went to Urgent Care, and the PA there said she had Whooping Cough!! He gave her medication that has settled her coughing fits so she can sleep at night. Won't be going back to this clinic.

We’ve been going to Little Clinics for years and have never had an issue. My experience at this one was a mess. I get that there can be delays but that shouldn’t be the case when there’s no one ahead of you. We made an appointment and I waited at the counter for 30+ min before anyone even came out to check us in. (The computer to check in wasn’t working) Per my son… She never took a temp yet a normal reading ended up on his summary sheet (which I know it wasn’t because he was running a mild fever). His weight came up as over 200lbs on the scale yet she put down 126. He’s not 200, he’s closer to 120 but to throw a number down as guessing seems unprofessional. On top of that she prescribed a medication that he couldn’t take because he’s under age. Thankfully a different pharmacy caught it and wouldn’t fill it. I understand staffing issues but if a clinic can’t properly take care of patients then they should close temporarily until they have the support rather than screwing things up. She was by herself and super nice but being NICE doesn’t get things done. Medication screw ups are a big deal.

Samantha is very nice and bubbly. Although I am not sure what happened to my step test last time I came in they made it right this time. They helped me out and hopefully this solution fixes me :)
