I came into the Broomfield store on 1/4/2026 to take advantage of an sale that was sent to me via email. The sale was set to expire 1/4. It contained prices and sales for duplicate arch supports, shoes, cushions, but it also said "Free Pair OS1st Socks."
When I showed it to the store manager, he said, "We don't do that." He went on the explain that corporate sends out the emails, and his store doesn't have to honor them. When I pushed back because I believe he should honor the email, he raised his voice at me. He said I interrupted him and would I please let him finish. I said, "Please finish." When he completed his diatribe, I began to speak and he interrupted me in a loud voice! I suggested that he should honor the advertisement and take it up with corporate. He suggested I call corporate and try to get approval for him to honor the sale.
After he took my picture of the email from my phone, he called someone and again told me the email was a mistake but he we going to honor it anyway and take it up with corporate.
It was a very unpleasant interaction because he was very aggressive, loud, and unprofessional. If I go in again, I would prefer not to work with him.

Matt was so great to work with. My wife was living with pain and contemplating a new work life behind a desk because she could not be on her feet. We feel confident with new orthotics she just got her life back. Thank you Matt for answering all our questions and guiding us through the process!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular insoles or inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support that helps correct foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike regular insoles.
Can arch supports help if I buy good shoes but still have foot pain?
Yes, many people experience discomfort due to foot issues rather than shoes. Arch supports stabilize the foot and can minimize or alleviate pain related to foot problems.
Can I take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and older, arch supports are available in-store for immediate fitting and can be taken home the same day.
How can I get a free fitting for arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
