I checked in, and the person at the front desk couldn’t explain anything stating “he wasn’t a professional”, whatever that means? I checked the box that I wanted to dilate my eyes and get new glasses, but none of those things happened. I walked in got checked, I think? And was told to check out. That’s it. I didn’t get either of the things I wanted and was told to “have a good day” I was given someone else’s prescription. How do I know? Well I went to vision works for some clarification and the member explained to me that I got someone else’s prescription information…..
