Came across this LensCrafters by accident but I am glad I walked in and was able to make an appointment. Everyone was very nice and the eye doctor was very nice as well. I would totally recommend them!

Lenscrafters provided a great experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, Lacey greeted us warmly. Julasy checked us in, made the process seamless, and kept us informed every step of the way. Dr. Hopper was excellent, she spent plenty of time with me and was very thorough. Josh was fantastic at helping my wife and me pick out our frames.
Highly recommended!

My husband and I came to this LensCrafters location yesterday for our annual eye exams, and we had a GREAT experience that exceeded our expectations.
Right when we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Lacey, who helped us get checked in and seated. Julasy then helped us sign consent forms before taking each of us back for some eye tests. She was very kind and provided clear promptings and instructions for all of the different machines. Then we were escorted back to see Dr. Hopper, who is AMAZING and thorough.
Dr. Hopper really took her time with us, and I appreciate that she gave careful consideration to the subtle nuances of my prescription, taking into account how I use my glasses and how my vision might change over time. She took high-definition photos from the fundoscopic exam and explained all of the findings in great detail. My prescription was promptly sent up to the front so that I could select a pair of frames for my new lenses.
And then we met Josh, who was kind, funny, and so helpful. He was patient with me as I tried on more than 10 pairs of frames, providing honest feedback and helping me choose. (Lacey came over and helped me decide, too!) Josh was warm and engaging, making the interaction feel authentic by sharing a bit about himself and showing genuine interest in us.
As we were leaving, I had some follow-up questions for Dr. Hopper and she was nice enough to step away from her charting to sit with me for a few minutes, ensuring I understood everything and had clear instructions.
This was one of the best health care experiences I've ever had, from both a medical and customer service standpoint. It's a beautiful facility with a great selection of eyewear, and every staff person was lovely!

My experience at the Westminster store was one of the best I've had getting an eye exam and choosing glasses...always a challenging experience. The staff really wanted to be of service and help from checking insurance to keeping me informed about the time of my eye exam and, the most important part, choosing frames that I'll be happy with. I had fun with the woman who helped me make the final decision about which pair and the features in the lenses that would work best for me. The biggest surprise was that I could have lenses made for the glasses I was wearing and love, and, at 50% off. Wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise!
