This was my first time coming to this location and I loved the service. The place itself was very clean and organized. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Lacey was very welcoming and friendly. Checking in was fast, I had a video call with the doctor, the doctor was able to do my eye exam, change the lenses, without being physically there which was pretty cool. Ive never seen that before. After my eye exam I got to browse and pick a pair of glasses without feeling rushed. Julasy and Blake were very helpful, super kind and also friendly. Overall I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely go back and recommend this location!

Was an easy experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, especially Blake, he helped me order two pairs with different functions and he got me the best deal combining my insurance with in-store promotions.

Went in for an eyeglass and contact exam, the first time had to reschedule because I guess they were busy for a Friday afternoon. No big deal reschedule for the following Monday. Came in and was expecting to physically see the doctor, nope she popped up on the tv screen and just made the assistant do her job. Get done with everything and get told I can’t get my contact prescription because the doctor, who wasn’t there to begin with, has to watch you like a toddler and put them in to make sure everything is okay. Mind you I’ve been wearing the same brand contacts for 10+ plus years. And after all that’s said and done they were suppose to order trials for me and here we are two and half weeks later and they never even ordered them. Double thumbs down for this location

This was my first time coming and getting an eye exam and the service I received was incredible!!! From the wonderful young lady that gave the exam to the wonderful lady that helped me with my prescription (Gianna) you ladies made my first time experience awesome and hassle free! I will definitely be returning as well as referring both, National Eye Care Associates and Lens Crafter’s. Thanks again and can’t wait until the next appointment. Cheers, Anthony C

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
