- AAALAug 21, 20251.0My psychiatrist ordered meds, the meds were pending for a week, and then denied because they needed psychiatrist approval. My psychiatrist is the one who ordered them?? I went through withdrawal because I didn't get my meds on time. I order my meds a week in advance only to have them pending for days and then denied with no notifications. 4 months of late meds and denials, I'm so done. I've been on meds 10 years using KS pharmacies and have never had experience like this. Additionally my psychiatrist submitted a new Rx here, wasn't even acknowledged. Changed pharmacies and got my meds in less than 20 hours. I was very understanding of manufacturing changes and internal problems, but 4 months in a row is too much. Being looked at like it's my fault I'm frustrated because I don't have the meds I need to function is demeaning.
