- AFAmanda FischerDec 23, 20255.0Great energy studio and instructors. Clean studio, instructors are wonderful. Haven’t met one that I do not enjoy. The 60 minute sculpt class is quite intense, in the best way possible. The 45 minute sculpt class I will call for beginners or those not looking for high intensity vibe. The room gets warm regardless of class but the signature Hot is quite hot so plan accordingly maybe bring a cool wet towel with you. Air gets a little dense, so take it slow and hydrate and be ready to SWEAT!

I walked out of the class and said hi and got no response and then as I was getting my shoes on I looked at her twice to see a moment to interrupt her, as she was intent on looking very busy. No words. This is not how you attract new people. It's real easy to be friendly.

They have locations everywhere and as convenient as the one is 5 min from my house, I love that I can plan in a yoga session if I have plans to be in other areas. They have distinctly different types of classes and I really enjoy all of them Yoga Sculpt is my favorite but I consistently try them all. If you haven't done hot yoga before, just go at your own pace and believe me you will get more acclimated to it after going more often. I just love it.
