However, upon ordering my glasses and contact lens trials, I was told I would receive notification from them when these arrived and I did not. In fact, multiple weeks went past and multiple calls from me only to be told they needed to be reorder. And even after that, I had to call in multiple times to check. Finally after the third check, I was told they had arrived. No idea how long ago they had arrived by. Extremely frustrating. Poor service for a product that people seriously rely on. To add: I brought my trial contact lenses home and was going to put them on and noticed that they were labeled right and left on the wrong boxes/prescriptions. This is incredibly irresponsible and just a ridiculous mistake to make.
