I was Simply calling to find out when prescriptions would be ready and all Debbie felt the need to remind me is about their lunch time. Not sure hope that answers what time a prescription would be ready, but maybe you’re hangry and having a bad day. Do better.

Looks like it’s time to switch back to Walgreens. I wonder if they will ever do anything about this, probably not because the lead pharmacist drives away all the nice people that work there.

They did have the medicine and when I went to pick it up I knew which lady (Ashley) I spoke to on the phone because she was just as rude. No smile, no sense of personality except hate, and very unfriendly. This is NOT the first time with this type of behavior. I’m done with being treated this way especially when I’m sick or exhausted from taking care of my own sick kids. I will now move all my business to Walmart. They seem to have better customer service.
- CGCindi GardnerSep 27, 20211.0The pharmacy is not staffed with people who care. This pharmacy told me they were too busy to call my prescribing doctor so insurance would cover the prescription and instead made me pay full price. I'm pretty busy but not too busy to switch to Walgreens pharmacy.
