  If you need your meds filled in a timely manner, this isn't the place for you! Within the past 3 months this pharmacy has gone wayyy down hill. When I call to see why I've been waiting a week for my mental health meds I get put on hold continuously until I finally get hung up on. On the rare occasion I get to ask someone why its taking so long I get met with "do you need this expedited?" Ummm no, I just need it filled in a timely manner, if my psychiatrist sends over a med on Tuesday I shouldn't have to call on the following Monday to see where it is and why a common medication has not been filled yet.

  I get that showing up anywhere a minute or two before any kind of establishment closes is not ideal for the staff… but I’ve worked in restaurants that will stay open for a last minute customer to eat a dang cheeseburger when they can go get one from a 24 hour McDonald’s across the street. Went in the grab my 4 year olds prescription a couple minutes before closing and they wouldn’t fill it. Every other time I’ve been here, it’s been great customer service and I could never figure out why they had such a low rating. Now I get it.

  Pharmacy provides inaccurate information to both doctors and patients, and then treats you like you are bothering them for trying to fill a prescription. They also don't seem to know what's in stock or how to read the prescription details as they gave me three different stories about where my prescription is. Since they can't figure it out, I filed a complaint. Healthcare is a serious business and these pharmacists have no business working in this field if they genuinely do not care to dispense medication correctly or on time. Or even check if they have it. I think they just tell people whatever they feel like, just to make them go away.

  every single time I have to get a prescription filled here, it takes 2 days minimum for them to fill it. Today, They refused to fill my medication even tho i’m pregnant and have a ridiculous heart rate and could REALLY use the medication because it was 15 minutes till their lunch. It’s a box medication, you don’t need to count them out or anything extra. I feel like caring about why people need their medications and making an effort to show good costumer service would go A LONG way here. We will be changing pharmacies.

  They didn't post that they would be closing early on 12/31/25 and didn't post that they will be closed today 1/1/26. Wish I knew this i would have had someone go get my medicine while I was having my doctor's appointments.
