  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Brighton Modern Dentistry. I went into the office in person specifically to update my dental insurance. Despite doing this proactively, when I came in three weeks later for my scheduled annual visit (cleaning and X-rays), I was charged the full cost of the visit. No one informed me—before, during, or after the appointment—that the insurance I had provided was not accepted by their group. This is a complete failure on the clinic’s part. If I had been told my insurance was no longer covered, I would not have proceeded with care at this office. Instead, I was blindsided with a full charge that should have been caught and communicated ahead of time. When I requested a partial refund due to their lack of communication, it took nearly three weeks to receive a response—and only after I had to call back again to follow up. Even then, they offered less than half of what I paid, and only as a credit toward a future visit. Between the insurance mishandling, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-up, this office showed a serious lack of accountability. I will absolutely not be returning and would caution others to double-check insurance coverage before being seen—because the office clearly does not.

  Brighton Restorative Dentistry is great. Ive had some issues with dentures and theyve done a great job fixing my issues in a very timely fashion. Always friendly and accomidating. Bill D

  Nancy ( my hygental technician always makes my visit so enjoyable! I moved back to Colorado and am glad that my Mom referred me to her dentist office.
